In case you wish to return the product you have purchased, you have the option to do so within fourteen (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been used or altered, either the product itself or its packaging.
- By delivering it/them in their original condition and packaging to the headquarters of entopizo.gr (132 GR. LAMPRAKI - KORYDALLOS), presenting the purchase receipt!
- By sending it at your own expense, in its original condition and packaging, to the address 132 GR. LAMPRAKI - KORYDALLOS, ZIP code 18121, enclosing the purchase receipt.
The refund will be credited using the same payment method used during the purchase, after checking the condition of the product.
